The new type of organic fertilizer pelletizer, also known as the churn pelletizer, uses the wet method of continuous push rod granulation to convert the powdered organic fertilizer produced by fermentation into granular fertilizer. The pellet forming rate is higher than that of the disc granulator. The powdered organic fertilizer enters the pelletizer from the feed end, and under the interaction and continuous promotion of the pelletizer rotor and the housing, the granular fertilizer gradually forms and is pushed out of the body from the other end of the equipment.
