Twin-shaft horizontal mixer, reshaping concrete quality

In order to break the game and innovate, the group invested in introducing 5 large double-shaft horizontal mixers, each with a capacity of 15 cubic meters, equipped with a powerful 75-kilowatt dual-motor drive system, and integrated with advanced automatic control technology. In the actual concrete preparation process, the operator accurately sets the ratio parameters of cement, sand, gravel, admixtures and water on the intelligent control panel according to the engineering design requirements, and adjusts the mixing time and double-shaft speed as needed. The materials flow into the mixer barrel in an orderly manner from the top feed port through the belt conveyor. The two counter-rotating mixing shafts work together, and the special propeller blades on the shafts work closely with the flying knife device to "knead" and "cut" the materials in all directions. The cement slurry quickly wraps the aggregate, and the admixture evenly penetrates every tiny corner. The originally accumulated sand and gravel are broken up and mixed evenly. It only takes about 40 seconds. A trough of high-quality concrete with a stable slump of 160-180mm and a strength deviation controlled within 5% is efficiently produced and seamlessly transported to the mixer truck through the discharge port, directly reaching the construction site.

With the "blessing" of the double-shaft horizontal mixer, the daily output of concrete of Hongda Building Materials Group has jumped from 2,000 cubic meters to 5,000 cubic meters, and the product first-time qualified rate exceeds 98%. It has successfully won orders for multiple landmark construction projects, with an annual revenue growth of more than 30%, firmly standing at the forefront of the construction market and reshaping the industry quality benchmark.
