有机肥双级破碎机又称有机肥双级锤式破碎机或有机肥双级无筛破碎机，是一种高效矿石及物料破碎设备，特别适用于中硬或脆性物料的细碎。
1、结构特点：有机肥双段破碎机配有两套串联的破碎腔，即两个独立的转子系统。每个转子都有一个高速旋转的锤头，负责对进入破碎腔的物料进行冲击破碎。
2、工作原理：原料从进料口进入粉碎室，一组锤头逆时针不断向下翻转，将物料打碎，达到锤击粉碎物料的效果。然后进入第二组锤头进行反复敲打。两组锤头对物料进行高速敲打和破碎。当物料被粉碎到一定细度时，从锤头的间隙中排出，从而保证输出粒度的细度。3、有机肥双级破碎机的性能优势
