Double roller extrusion granulator

The double-roll extrusion granulator sandwiches the material in the middle through a pair of rollers rotating in opposite directions. The surface of the roller is engraved with grooves of specific shapes. During the rotation process, the material is gradually squeezed into the grooves. As the rollers rotate, the material is continuously extruded and forms particles with a certain shape and size.

It consists of two alloy steel rollers with specially treated surfaces. The grooves of the rollers are customized according to different particle shapes and sizes. The high-precision processing technology ensures the concentricity and surface flatness of the rollers, ensures uniform extrusion of materials, and extends the service life of the equipment.

The combination of high-power motor and reducer is adopted, and the roller is driven by chain or gear to provide stable and strong power for the roller. The roller speed can be accurately adjusted through the frequency conversion speed regulation system according to the material characteristics and production requirements to achieve efficient production.

Equipped with a uniform feeding device, such as a vibrating feeder or a screw feeder, to ensure that the material enters the roller gap continuously and stably. The feed amount can be adjusted according to the actual production situation to ensure the stability and consistency of the granulation process.

The sturdy frame welded with high-strength steel provides stable support for the entire equipment. The frame design fully considers the operating stability and maintenance convenience of the equipment, and all key components are easy to access and maintain.
