Organic fertilizer crushing production line
The fertilizer crushing production line is mainly composed of a feeding system, a crushing host, a conveying system, a screening system, a dust removal system and a control system. The entire production line adopts automatic control technology, which can achieve continuous, stable and efficient operation.
The feeding system uses a belt conveyor to transport the organic fertilizer raw materials to be crushed from the raw material storage area to the crushing host. The belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying capacity, stable operation and simple structure, which can meet the large output requirements of the production line.
The crushing host uses an advanced crusher, which has the characteristics of high crushing efficiency, uniform crushing particle size and strong adaptability. Its working principle is to hit, tear and rub the material through a high-speed rotating hammer, so as to crush the material into the required particle size.
The conveying system adopts a combination of a screw conveyor and a scraper conveyor to transport the crushed material to the screening system. The screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal or small inclination conveying, and has the advantages of good sealing and long conveying distance; the scraper conveyor is suitable for conveying with a large inclination and can operate stably under complex working conditions.
Screening system
The screening system uses a vibrating screen, which is used to grade and screen the crushed materials according to the particle size. The vibrating screen uses high-frequency vibration to make the materials constantly jump and slide on the screen, thereby separating materials of different particle sizes. According to product requirements, multiple layers of screens with different apertures can be set to screen the materials into products of different specifications.
