How Automatic Disc Granulator Works

The automatic disc granulator mainly relies on the rotation of the disc and the gravity, friction and bonding force of the material itself to achieve granulation. The disc is installed at an angle and rotates at a certain speed. The material is added to the disc. During the rotation process, the material keeps tumbling and rolling at the bottom of the disc. At the same time, water is sprayed on the material through the water spray device or a binder is added to make the material particles agglomerate and bond with each other, gradually forming spherical particles. As the particles continue to grow and roll, they will overflow from the edge of the disc after reaching a certain particle size and strength, completing the granulation process.
