To solve the problem, it was decided to introduce an advanced Hopper Lifting Machine.
The hopper adopts a deep bucket design, and its shape and size have been optimized to adapt to the loading and lifting of different types of grain, effectively preventing grain from spilling during the lifting process. The drive device is equipped with a high-performance motor and reducer combination and integrates an advanced frequency converter to achieve precise speed regulation of the hopper lifting speed between 0 - 1.5 meters/second. It adopts a fully enclosed casing structure and high-quality sealing materials. Special sealing treatment is carried out at key parts such as the connection between the hopper and the casing, the feed port and the discharge port, which effectively prevents the leakage of grain dust.
The customized hopper design and the application of stainless steel material enable the hopper elevator to perfectly adapt to the transportation needs of different types of grains, effectively avoiding clogging and spillage. The loss rate of grain during transportation has been significantly reduced, from about 3% to less than 1%. At the same time, the cleanup work caused by spilled materials has been reduced, and operating costs have been reduced.
