Function description

1. Loading/unloading area:

A net strip is arranged at the inlet and placed outside the body to form a feeding area. After the feeding drive, it enters the drying area to be dried by hot air circulation. An industrial fan is installed at the back to cool the workpiece, and a net strip is arranged at the outlet to form a feeding area outside the body. And make the mesh belt conveyor chain form a complete loop chain. The mesh belt is 0.8m high from the ground, which is convenient for operators to operate.

2. Drying area:

The drying area is set in the equipment, and the heating method adopts electric (quartz tube) heating type heating (if necessary, the gas biomass particle heating system can be set), and the temperature is adjustable from normal temperature to 300℃. Set up the control system of heat preservation, exhaust air, temperature and fog pumping system, so that the constant temperature of the equipment can be adjusted.

When the workpiece enters the drying area in the feeding area, it travels at the speed of 0.5-3m/min to dry, dry the workpiece at the set temperature, and cut the material. The air transport and exhaust system is set up on the drying furnace to make the workpiece uniformly heated in the system, and the exhaust gas water mist is extracted to avoid polluting the workshop environment.

3, mesh belt conveyor chain transmission system:

The system drive is closed circulation type net belt chain automatic drive, its length is about 26m; The track of the line body is a "U" shape track, connected by flanges/screws, stable and reliable operation. Set power device, tension device, anti-slip rubber strip, passive gear, oil cup, hook, etc., stable operation, speed 0.5-3m/min adjustable.
