Compact structure, simple operation and durable

The main structure of the semi-wet material crusher includes several parts, a rotor crushing part and a transmission link part. The overall structure is reasonable, the work efficiency is high, easy to operate.

1. Frame part: The machine frame is welded by excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel, which provides a solid foundation for the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Rotor crushing part: The rotor part is crushed with upper and lower double-layer blades. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feed port and is continuously ground by the double-layer blade to make the material meet the requirements of granulation or the production of powdered organic fertilizer. In addition, the fuselage is equipped with a propeller and a scraper, so that the material will not stick to the inner wall.

3. Transmission connection part: the device adopts flexible belt transmission. The pulley and belt are driven by the motor and passed directly to the main shaft to make the main shaft rotate at high speed to achieve the crushing effect.
