Organic fertilizer equipment in the production and processing of organic fertilizer, to be composted treatment. Plant materials such as crop stalks, green manure and weeds are mixed with soil, human manure and garbage, and decomposed by aerobic microorganisms. It can provide nutrients and improve soil properties, especially for improving sandy soil, clay and saline soil. Today, Bremetz (Shandong) Machinery Co., Ltd. Xiaobian will explain the types and conditions of organic fertilizer equipment compost:

1, the method of organic fertilizer composting.

Composting method, according to the different raw materials, divided into high temperature compost and ordinary compost. High temperature compost takes plant matter with high fiber content as the main raw material, composting fermentation under ventilation conditions, generating a lot of heat, high temperature in the pile (50 ~ 60℃), so fast rotting, fast composting, high nutrient content. The high-temperature fermentation process kills bacteria, eggs and weed seeds. Ordinary compost generally contains more soil, low fermentation temperature, slow decomposition process, and long composting time. The chemical composition of nutrients is changed, the ratio of carbon and nitrogen is reduced, the mineral nutrients that can be directly absorbed by plants are increased, and humus is formed.

2, the conditions of organic fertilizer compost maturation.

Good conditions for compost maturation: ① moisture. Maintaining proper water content is the primary condition for promoting microbial activity and compost fermentation. Generally, 60% to 75% of the maximum water capacity of the compost material is appropriate. ② Ventilate. Maintaining proper air in the pile is conducive to the reproduction and activity of aerobic microorganisms and promotes the decomposition of organic matter. High temperature composting should pay more attention to moderate accumulation tightness to facilitate ventilation. Maintain a neutral or slightly alkaline environment. Lime or calcareous soil can be added appropriately to neutralize and adjust acidity and promote microbial reproduction and activity. (4) carbon-nitrogen ratio. The ratio of carbon to nitrogen in normal decomposition of organic matter by microorganisms is 25∶1. The ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 15-25 ∶1 for leguminous green manure, 25-45 ∶1 for weeds and 60-100 ∶1 for gramineous stalks. Therefore, according to the type of compost material, add an appropriate amount of substances with higher nitrogen content to reduce the carbon nitrogen ratio and promote microbial activity.
