Roll extrusion granulation production line delivery site
In order to ensure that the equipment is not damaged during long-distance transportation, Bremetz staff carefully packaged and protected the equipment. Each component is wrapped with special foam plastic and bubble film, and then packed into a sturdy wooden box. The outside of the wooden box is also marked with clear signs and warning slogans to remind the transport personnel to handle with care and prevent moisture and rain. During the packaging process, the staff strictly followed the standard operating procedures, not missing any details, and strived to provide all-round protection for the equipment.
As the transport vehicle slowly drove into the delivery site, the loading operation officially began. A large crane stretched out its long arm, lifted the wooden boxes steadily, and then placed them accurately in the carriage of the transport vehicle. The staff on site worked closely together and directed the operation of the crane to ensure that the loading process was safe and orderly. According to the weight and size of the equipment, they reasonably arranged the loading position to keep the center of gravity of the vehicle balanced to ensure stability during transportation. With the joint efforts of everyone, the entire loading operation was completed efficiently, and vehicles loaded with double-roller extrusion granulation production line equipment were neatly arranged and ready to set off.
