The wet beneficiation workshop of Blue Water Mining Group is responsible for processing ore mud containing various metal minerals. This type of ore mud has a water content of up to 35% - 45%, and contains a large amount of clay components. It is highly viscous and soft in texture. It needs to be crushed and refined in the early stage of the ore beneficiation process for subsequent separation and refining operations. However, the original crusher has poor adaptability to high-humidity and viscous ore mud, and the crushing effect is poor, resulting in low beneficiation recovery rate and substandard concentrate grade, affecting the overall efficiency and resource utilization of the group.

Recently, the workshop installed a set of "High Humidity Material Crusher", which adopts a crushing mode of roller pressing and shearing synergistically. The special rubber-coated rollers not only enhance friction but also reduce material adhesion. With the staggered shearing cutters, the viscosity problem of ore mud can be solved efficiently.

After implementation, the ore mud processing speed has been greatly accelerated, the crushing time per ton of ore mud has been shortened to less than 15 minutes, and the daily processing capacity has been increased to more than 100 tons. The production process is smooth and efficient, and the annual total beneficiation output has increased by 50%, creating a considerable revenue increase for the group.
