The new equipment integrates precise batching, strong mixing, and stable granulation. The materials are directly fed into the drum agitator granulator from the automatic batching bin according to the preset formula through the screw conveyor. The drum rotates at a uniform speed of 8-12 rpm, and the internal propeller blades stir vigorously. The materials are fully mixed and quickly agglomerated into granules. With the vibration screen, dryer, etc., the fully automated production line has an hourly output of 3-5 tons.

The unique design of the drum and precise speed control make the sphericity of the compound fertilizer particles exceed 90%, the particle size is uniform, the appearance is smooth and compact, and the crushing resistance is high.
