Sunshine Fertilizer Factory was founded in the 1990s. It was originally a family-run small fertilizer workshop. With the rise of large-scale agricultural planting and the increasingly stringent market requirements for fertilizer quality, the traditional manual operation and simple equipment production model have shown its shortcomings, with single products, poor granule quality and unstable nutrients.

After many inspections and careful evaluations, Sunshine Fertilizer Factory decided to upgrade and transform comprehensively, introducing a set of advanced Disc granulation equipment and supporting automatic intelligent control systems.

The automatic batching system accurately measures the raw materials according to the preset formula, and directly delivers the disc through a closed screw conveyor to reduce material loss and environmental pollution; the equipment operates continuously and stably, combined with an efficient material discharging screening system, the output can reach 2-3 tons per hour.

Relying on the intelligent control system, hundreds of fertilizer formulas can be easily input and stored, and multi-compound fertilizers can be quickly prepared according to soil test data and crop needs.
