The screw feeder is mainly composed of a drive device, a screw shaft, a trough, a feed port, a discharge port, a bearing seat, a sealing device, and a control system. Its overall design concept is to achieve stable, accurate, and continuous material transportation to meet the material supply requirements of different industrial production scenarios.
The integrated advanced frequency converter can realize stepless speed regulation of the screw shaft. The operator can flexibly set the speed within a wide speed range through the human-machine interface of the control system to adapt to the characteristics of different materials and production process requirements.
Equipped with complete motor protection devices, such as overload protection, overheat protection, short circuit protection, etc. When the motor is overloaded, overheated or short-circuited, the protection device can act quickly to cut off the power supply to the motor to prevent motor damage and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
The shape, pitch and diameter of the spiral blades of the spiral shaft are customized according to the properties and flow rate of the conveyed material. For powdery materials, the spiral blades are usually thinner, with smaller pitch and larger diameter to ensure that the material can be pushed evenly and is not prone to clogging.
The trough is welded with high-quality steel or stainless steel plates, and its structural design focuses on rigidity and sealing. The inner wall of the trough is smooth, which reduces the friction resistance of the material during transportation and prevents material residue and accumulation.
The bearing seat is made of high-quality cast iron or cast steel, with good rigidity and shock resistance. High-precision bearings such as deep groove ball bearings, spherical roller bearings or tapered roller bearings are installed inside, and are selected according to the force and speed of the spiral shaft.
