By optimizing the flow and distribution of materials in the fermentation tank, following the principle of first-in-first-out of materials, and using a laminar stirring device, the mass transfer efficiency is improved, the fermentation speed is accelerated, and the fermentation cycle is shortened. It adopts a high-temperature dry fermentation method, the material has a low water content, and the solid content can reach 25%-30%. It also reduces the floor space and reduces the operating cost.
