Working principle

The mechanical tumble dryer mainly uses hot air to contact with organic fertilizer particles, thereby taking away the moisture in organic fertilizer particles to achieve the purpose of drying. Usually after drying, the humidity of granular organic fertilizer is about 13%. The conveyor belt will feed the organic fertilizer particles into the dryer, and the exhaust gas generated by the drying will be processed by the dust collector. The dried organic fertilizer particles are sent to a cooling machine for cooling.

The tumble dryer is composed of a rotating stock, a reducer and a motor. A plurality of backing plates are arranged inside the roller to prevent organic fertilizer particles from sticking to the inner wall. In addition, the installation of the rotary dryer has a certain tilt Angle (3-5 degrees), which can make the organic fertilizer particles slowly pass through the cylinder during the drying process and fully dry. The motor provides power for the rotation of the cylinder. At the same time, the reducer converts power to a reasonable speed and increases torque, thus providing continuous power to the dryer.
