Horizontal drying and cooling box

Horizontal drying and cooling boxes are mainly used for drying and cooling various materials, and are widely used in feed, food, chemical, agriculture and other industries. For example, in feed production, pellet feed can be dried and cooled; in the food industry, it can be used for drying and cooling grains, nuts, etc.
Hot air circulation is usually used to achieve the drying function. The equipment is equipped with a hot air system consisting of an air preheater, ventilation ducts, and a hot air blower. The hot air blower blows the preheated hot air into the drying box. The hot air fully contacts the material, evaporating the moisture in the material, thereby achieving the purpose of drying.
Cooling is done through a cold air system. Generally, a cold air system is composed of a fan, a damper device, and an air outlet. The fan blows cold air into the drying box from the air outlet. The cold air exchanges heat with the dried material to reduce the material temperature and achieve cooling.
The box body is generally composed of multiple parts, such as distribution box, head box, middle box, tail box, etc. Each part is welded with steel plates or steel sections of different materials.
The transmission device consists of a reduction motor, a driving sprocket set, a chain and a driven sprocket set, which are used to drive the material to move in the box so that the material can pass through the drying and cooling areas in sequence.
