Main structure and configuration

TZJ series corn tempering machine is specially developed by our company with reference to foreign advanced equipment for corn tempering in feed mills.

The machine has a unique steam conditioning mechanism. The reverse movement of steam and corn makes the material gradually conditioned from the bottom to the top, and after about 1 hour of cooking, the water content of corn can be increased from 12 to 14% at the original entrance to 18 to 20% at the exit, and the temperature of corn can also be raised to 100ºC.

The machine and corn contact parts are made of stainless steel processing, corrosion resistance, large output, because each layer of steam distribution is equipped with temperature transmitter, easy to operate, simple structure, less maintenance.

Product Introduction:

The machine has a unique steam conditioning mechanism.
