The top of the cooking tank has a "closing device", which is driven by a motor to turn the closing device, the role of the closing device is to transfer the cooked corn from the top of the cooking tank to the cooking tank, and play the role of sealing the cooking tank. The bottom of the cooking pot is provided with an opening, which is communicated with the feeder, and the roller of the feeder rotates to send the cooked corn kernels full to the tablet press. The speed or opening of the feeder can be adjusted to indirectly adjust the cooking time. At the same time, the level meter is arranged on the cooking tank body, the function of the level meter is to indicate the height of the corn kernels in the cooking tank, and cooperate with the automatic control system to automatically control the whole equipment. The function of the dull grain tank is to increase the moisture of the ordinary grain corn to about 20%, and the purpose is to achieve better gelatinization effect of the corn in the cooking process. Corn with water into the tank, after 24 hours of infiltration, moisture reached about 20%. There is a great difference in the quality of the finished corn flakes obtained after treatment between the soaked corn and the non-soaked corn.
