Working principle of high efficiency screening stone remover
The equipment is equipped with a vibration device, such as a vibration motor. When the vibration motor is started, the vibration force generated causes the screen to vibrate at a high frequency. After the material enters the screen from the feed inlet, the material particles begin to move in a jumping, throwing, and other ways under the action of vibration. Due to the differences in particle size and density between stones and other materials, during the vibration process, smaller particles can fall through the screen holes, while stones cannot pass through the screen holes due to their larger particle size, thereby separating stones from other materials. This vibration screening method can make the material fully loose and layered on the screen, greatly improving the screening efficiency.
The rotating screen drum structure is adopted. The screen drum rotates at a constant speed driven by the motor, and the material enters the screen drum from the feed end. As the screen drum rotates, the material keeps rolling in the drum. There are screen holes of different sizes distributed on the wall of the screen drum. During the rotation process, materials with a particle size smaller than the screen holes are separated through the screen holes, while larger particles such as stones are discharged from the other end as the screen drum rotates. This rotary screening method has good adaptability to some materials with high viscosity or irregular shapes, and can effectively prevent materials from clogging the screen holes.
