Working principle of Automatic quantitative weighing packaging machine

Feeding stage:

The material is first conveyed to the feeding port of the packaging machine through a specific conveying device. The conveying method will vary depending on the form of the material.

Weighing and metering stage:

The material entering the weighing area is placed on a high-precision weighing platform equipped with advanced weighing sensors. The control system monitors and compares the weight of the material in real time according to the preset quantitative value.

Packing operation:

Bag making process: The packaging machine has the bag making function. The packaging film will be drawn from the roll and made into a predetermined bag shape through a series of precise forming devices such as the bag maker and the film pulling mechanism.

Filling stage: The weighed material is then filled into the bag through a specially designed filling device. The filling method varies for materials of different forms.

Sealing and cutting: After the material is filled, the bag is sealed using appropriate sealing technology such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing or sewing. After the sealing is completed, the cutting device uses a sharp and durable knife to quickly and neatly cut the packaged bag from the film belt according to the preset position and size requirements.
