The movement and forming of the film are controlled by driving devices such as servo motors and stepper motors to ensure the accuracy and quality of bag making.
Sealing device: Heat sealing technology is used to seal the packaging bag to ensure a firm and good seal. The sealing device is usually equipped with a temperature control system and a pressure regulating device to adapt to packaging films of different materials and thicknesses to ensure the sealing effect.
Control system: It is the core part of the fully automatic vertical packaging machine, and generally adopts a PLC (programmable logic controller) combined with a touch screen control method.
