Double-shaft system: It consists of two specially heat-treated alloy steel grinding shafts with extremely high strength and wear resistance. High-precision bearings are installed on the shafts to ensure the stability and low-noise operation of the shafts at high-speed rotation. One end of the shaft is connected to the motor, which transmits power through a high-performance coupling to ensure efficient and reliable power transmission.

Grinding chain assembly: It consists of a high-strength chain body, wear-resistant grinding teeth or grinding blocks, and a chain tensioning device.

Feeding and discharging system:

Feeding system: It uses a vibrating feeder or a spiral feeder to accurately and evenly transport materials to the grinding area according to the grinding capacity of the equipment.

Discharging system: It is equipped with a screening device that can screen the ground materials in real time. Materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged through the discharge port, while materials that do not meet the requirements are sent back to the grinding area for re-grinding.

Body and protective device: The body is welded with thickened high-quality steel, has good rigidity and stability, and can withstand the huge impact force during the grinding process. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a fully enclosed protective device to effectively prevent material splashing and dust leakage, ensuring the safety of operators and the cleanliness of the working environment.
