Belt: The structure of the belt generally includes a cover layer, a belt core, etc. The cover layer is in direct contact with the material. Its material and thickness are determined according to the characteristics of the material and the conveying requirements. It mainly plays the role of protecting the belt core and increasing friction. The belt core provides strength and toughness for the belt to ensure that the belt will not break when it bears the weight of the material and the running tension.

Rollers and idlers: The drive roller is one of the power sources of the belt conveyor line. It is driven to rotate by driving devices such as motors and reducers. The idlers are distributed along the running path of the belt and are divided into load-bearing idlers and return idlers. The load-bearing idlers are used to support the materials on the belt. There are different forms such as flat idlers and grooved idlers.

Frame and tensioning device: The frame is the supporting structure of the entire belt conveyor line. It is generally made of steel welded or bolted. It must ensure sufficient strength and rigidity to bear the weight of the belt, material, drive system and other components. The tensioning device is used to adjust the tension of the belt so that there is sufficient friction between the belt and the roller to ensure the stable operation of the belt. Common tensioning methods include weight tensioning and spiral tensioning.
