As a well-known fertilizer company in the region, Lvyuan Ecological Fertilizer has always focused on the research and development and manufacturing of high-end organic fertilizers, serving organic vegetable and fruit plantations and other customer groups that have strict requirements on fertilizer quality. However, when the double-shaft mixers used previously were processing high-fiber organic materials, the materials often entangled the mixing shaft and the mixing was not thoroughly mixed, resulting in uneven distribution of organic matter in the product, affecting the release of fertilizer efficiency.
At the beginning of last year, Lvyuan Ecological Fertilizer introduced two medium-sized organic fertilizer disc mixers for pilot production. The equipment disc is lined with stainless steel plates, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the special spiral design of the mixing arm effectively avoids material entanglement. When producing special fertilizer for organic vegetables, composted livestock manure, fine sawdust, and trace element additives are first put into a disc in a specific proportion. The stirring shaft rotates steadily at a low speed of 15 rpm. The material in the disc is like a dynamic vortex. The fibrous material is gradually loosened and delicately blended with the powdery additives. After 20 minutes of stirring, the material mixing uniformity reaches more than 95%. The made fertilizer is applied to organic vegetable fields. The vegetable growth cycle is shortened by 5-7 days, and the taste and nutritional content of the fruit are significantly improved.
