Steam corn flake press

Corn flake steam engine is a device that uses steam to produce power, mainly used to press corn into flakes. It works as follows:

Steam generation: Steam engines burn fuel to produce steam at high temperatures and pressures. Inside the steam engine is a boiler, in which water and fuel are added. The fuel burns to produce heat, which changes the water into steam.

Steam transfer: Steam is delivered to the steam chamber of the corn press. There is a pipe in the steam room connected to the boiler, which transmits the generated steam to the inside of the sheet press.

Tablet process: The corn is put into a mold inside the tablet press, under the action of steam, the corn is heated to soften, and then squeezed by the mold to form it into a sheet. The tablet press is usually equipped with a pressure adjustment device, which can adjust the pressure size to control the thickness and density of the tablet.

Finished product treatment: After pressing, the corn flakes can be taken out after cooling, and can be sold after packaging.

Through this working principle, the corn pressure chip steam engine can efficiently press corn into sheets, improve production efficiency and product quality.
