The distance between the rolls is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the spacer between the two roll bearing boxes, keeping the distance between them unchanged to ensure that the thickness of the produced sheet remains unchanged. The pressure of the roll is provided by hydraulic cylinders on both sides, which have a matching hydraulic pump station. In order to ensure that the roll of the sheet press is kept clean during the production process, two sets of cleaning scrapers are set, one is made of copper, and the other is made of plastic, which can be selected according to the production situation. Working principle
