The production line can process a variety of organic raw materials including forage, crop straw, soybean meal, fish meal, bone meal, etc. No matter how the texture, particle size or moisture of the raw materials change, they can be effectively processed by the intelligent pretreatment system.

Equipped with a high-precision batching system, the proportion of various raw materials can be accurately controlled according to the nutritional needs of different livestock types and growth stages. Through advanced sensors and computer algorithms, the addition amount of each raw material can be accurate to the milligram level, ensuring the precise ratio of nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals in the feed, providing comprehensive and balanced nutrition for livestock.

A variety of crushing technologies are used, such as a combination of hammer crushing and roller crushing. The crushing parameters can be flexibly adjusted for raw materials with different hardness and particle size requirements.
