The belt elevator relies on a driving device to drive the conveyor belt to move, and the material is loaded into the hopper of the conveyor belt. As the conveyor belt rises, the material is lifted to a certain height, and then at the discharge port, the material is discharged from the hopper due to gravity, thereby realizing vertical lifting and transportation of the material.
Conveyor belt: It is a core component, usually made of rubber, plastic or fabric, used to carry and transport materials. The tensioning device is used to adjust the tension of the conveyor belt to ensure that the conveyor belt maintains appropriate tension during operation, prevent the conveyor belt from slipping or loosening, and ensure the stability of material transportation.
The rollers are installed under the conveyor belt to support the conveyor belt and materials, reduce the running resistance of the conveyor belt, and enable the conveyor belt to run smoothly.
The hopper is installed on the conveyor belt to hold materials. The shape, size and spacing of the hopper are designed according to the nature and conveying volume of the conveyed material.
