Working principle of Automatic vibrating screen

The core component of the automatic vibrating screen is the vibration motor. When the vibration motor is powered on, the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block causes the screen body to vibrate at high frequency. The material enters the screen surface from the feed port. Under the action of vibration, the material smaller than the screen aperture falls through the screen and becomes the undersize material, while the material larger than the screen aperture moves along the screen surface to the discharge port and becomes the oversize material, thus completing the screening process.
