Working Principle of Automatic Drying Hot Air Furnace

The fuel burns in the combustion chamber, producing high-temperature flue gas. The high-temperature flue gas transfers heat to fresh air through the heat exchanger, heating the air to the set temperature. The heated hot air is sent into the drying chamber through the fan to exchange heat with the material to be dried. The moisture in the material evaporates under the action of the hot air, thus achieving the purpose of drying. During the whole process, the control system will automatically adjust the operating state of the hot air furnace according to the preset parameters to ensure the drying effect and energy utilization efficiency.
