Vacuum extraction

After the equipment is started, the vacuum pump starts working. For the internal vacuum packaging machine, the product is placed in the vacuum chamber, and the vacuum pump is connected to the vacuum chamber through a pipe to extract the air in the chamber. The external vacuum packaging machine directly evacuates the packaging bag placed outside through the suction nozzle.

During the vacuum extraction process, the vacuum sensor of the vacuum packaging machine monitors the change of vacuum degree. When the preset vacuum value is reached, the vacuum extraction process stops. This vacuum environment can effectively inhibit the growth of aerobic microorganisms, oxidation reactions and prevent the product from getting wet.

Sealing process

After the vacuum extraction is completed, the sealing device starts to operate. Generally, heat sealing technology is used to heat the sealing parts to melt the plastic material at the opening of the packaging bag, and then bond them together under pressure.

The quality of the seal depends on parameters such as sealing temperature, time and pressure. These parameters can be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the packaging bag to ensure a firm seal and prevent air from entering the packaging bag again.
