Two major working principles of the Biomass pellet machine

Extrusion molding principle: mainly relying on the mutual extrusion between the roller and the die. After the biomass raw material enters the gap between the die and the roller, it is squeezed out of the molding hole of the die under the strong extrusion force to form particles. The lignin and other components in the raw material soften under the heat generated by pressure and friction, acting as a natural adhesive, so that the particles are formed and have a certain strength.

Centrifugal force-assisted principle: Some models use the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to make the biomass raw material be thrown to the surface of the die under the action of centrifugal force, and then extruded to improve production efficiency and particle uniformity.
