The main structural components of the belt corner machine
Conveyor belt: It is a core component, usually made of rubber, silicone, PVC, PU and other materials. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and is selected according to different use environments and the characteristics of the conveyed materials.
Drive device: It is generally composed of a motor, a reducer, etc., which provides power for the belt curve machine to ensure that the conveyor belt can run at the set speed and direction.
Roller group: It includes an active roller and a driven roller. The active roller is connected to the drive device to drive the conveyor belt to move; the driven roller plays a supporting and guiding role to keep the conveyor belt stable.
Tensioning device: It is used to adjust the tension of the conveyor belt to ensure that the conveyor belt will not slip or relax during operation. Common ones include heavy hammer type and spiral tensioning devices.
Frame: It is usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum profiles. It provides support and fixation for the entire equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment during operation.
Guide device: It is installed on both sides or at the turning point of the conveyor belt to guide the material to be transported in a predetermined direction to prevent the material from running off or falling during the turning process.
