How Sword Strapping Machine Works

When starting work, first place the items to be bundled on the workbench. The sensor device in the machine will detect that the items are in place. Then the belt feeding mechanism will extract the corresponding strapping tape from the belt reel according to the pre-set length and transport it along a specific track so that the strapping tape can be smoothly wrapped around the corresponding position of the item. Generally, the sword-type strapping machine often straps the top of the item.

Then, the tensioning mechanism will play a role. According to the set force requirements, the strapping tape is tightened by mechanical or pneumatic means (different for different models) to make it fit closely to the surface of the item to ensure that the strapping is firm and reliable. After that, if plastic strapping tape is used, the welding mechanism will use technical means such as electric heating and ultrasonic waves to make the two ends of the strapping tape melt quickly and stick together; if steel strapping is used, the buckling mechanism will use special metal buckles to firmly buckle the two ends of the steel strapping tape. Finally, the strap cutting mechanism will cut off the excess strapping tape neatly, thus completing a complete strapping process.
