Agricultural technology company introduces large heaters in greenhouses
In winter, maintaining a suitable temperature inside the greenhouse is crucial for crop growth. Traditional heating methods are expensive and have problems such as temperature unevenness and environmental pollution. Agricultural technology companies need an environmentally friendly, efficient and accurately controlled heating equipment to provide a stable heat source for greenhouses.
We recommended and installed a biomass heating furnace system for the company. Based on the greenhouse area and heat demand calculations, each greenhouse is equipped with a biomass heating furnace of appropriate power. These heating stoves use crop straw as the main biomass fuel, which is not only low-cost but also widely available.
Through the intelligent temperature control system, the temperature in the greenhouse can be accurately controlled within the most suitable range for crop growth, which makes the growth cycle of vegetables and flowers more stable, and the quality and yield are significantly improved. At the same time, the carbon dioxide produced by the combustion of biomass fuel forms a virtuous cycle with crop photosynthesis, reducing environmental pollution.
Throughout the winter heating period, the biomass heating furnace operated stably and reliably with almost no failures. Its high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes ensure that the equipment can withstand the high humidity environment in the greenhouse and provide continuous warmth for crop growth.
